DESCRIPTION:Nominations for club officers for 2025 must be submitted to the secretary by December 7\, 2024. Nominees must agree to accept the responsibilities of the position. You can use this form to submit your nominations if you like. Download the form\, fill in your nomination(s)\, print or save the form\, then deliver it to the secretary by December 7.
