Membership dues outlined below are waived for the first year for new members.

Member Benefits and Requirements

Members in good standing at levels A, B, and C (see below) have unlimited flying privileges at FHRCC facilities. Flying members of FHRCC must also be members of the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) and must hold a valid FAA TRUST certificate. Aircraft must be registered and have registration info displayed in compliance with FAA regulations. Members are expected to operate within AMA’s CBO guidelines, which are outlined in the AMA Safety Handbook. Additionally, use of FHRCC facilities is governed by the club’s Field Rules. Compliance with FAA, FCC, and other applicable federal, state, and local regulations is the responsibility of the individual member. Members are expected to participate in mowing and field maintenance if they are physically able.

Membership Levels

A. Full Membership (19 years or older)

1. AMA membership is required.
2. Flying privileges (unlimited use of club facilities)
3. Voting privileges (voting rights at all club meetings)
4. Annual Dues – $75.00 (Payable January 1)
5. Membership dues, if not received by the club treasurer by March 1st will be an additional $20.00

B. Junior Membership (under 19 years of age)

1. AMA membership is required.
2. Flying privileges (unlimited use of club facilities)
3. Voting privileges (none)
4. Annual Dues – $10.00 (Payable January 1)

C. Senior (65 years or older)

1. AMA membership is required.
2. Flying privileges (unlimited use of club facilities) -must have AMA license.
3. Voting privileges (voting rights at all club meetings)
4. Annual Dues – $60.00 (Payable January 1)
5. Membership dues, if not received by the club treasurer by March 1st will be an additional $20.00
   for the remainder of the membership year. This section will not apply to new members.

D. Affiliate Membership

1. Flying privileges (must have Full Member present during flying activities).
2. Voting privileges (none)
3. Applicants for Affiliate Membership must be a member of the AMA and must be a member of
   another AMA Chartered Club.
4. Annual Dues – $30.00 (Payable January 1)

E. Associate Membership

1. Flying privileges (none)
2. Voting privileges (none)
3. Applicants for Associate Membership are not required to have an AMA license.
4. Annual Dues – a contribution of not less than $25.00 (Payable January 1)

F. Guest

1. Flying privileges (must have a current AMA license and a Full Member must be present during
   flying activities)

G. Family Membership Discounts
